"Not the easiest site to use on my phone"
I tried browsing millerandco.shop on my phone, and it felt more frustrating than I expected. Compared to other online stores I use often, the pages were slower to load and some of the buttons were too small or didn’t respond the first time I tapped them.
The menu also wasn’t very clear, so I kept bouncing back and forth trying to find what I needed. Checkout was okay once I got there, but overall the mobile experience could really use some work to make it smoother and easier.

"Return turned into a headache"
I thought returning my order to Miller and Co would be straightforward at first. Like, no big deal, right? Then suddenly I was just over it. The whole process dragged on, support took forever to reply, and my refund felt like it took ages to show up. I really wanted to be patient, but i wouldn’t order from them again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered from Miller and Co and the item showed up fine, so no major complaints there. But the box was crushed on one side, which feels like something they should’ve packed better. Luckily the product wasn’t damaged, but yeah, the packaging definitely could be stronger.

"Not the quality I was hoping for"
I wanted to like it, but, actually, it just didn’t feel very well made to me. It looked kind of cheap in person, and the stitching started coming loose quickly.

"Pretty good deal right away"
My first impression was that this was a solid buy for the price. It’s nothing fancy, but for what you get, I’d say it’s worth the money.

"Order never turned up"
I ordered about two weeks ago and the tracking just stopped updating out of nowhere. I reached out to support, and they basically just told me to keep waiting, which isn’t exactly helpful. At this point it feels like millerandco.shop dropped the ball, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

"Close Enough, But the Verification Was Annoying"
The description was kind of close, not exactly what I expected, but close enough for me. The only thing that really bugged me was having to verify things over and over again. That got old fast...

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size from millerandco.shop it fit nothing like I expected. The shirt was tight across the chest but somehow way too long in the arms, so it just felt awkward and badly cut.
I even checked the size guide before buying, which made it more frustrating. On top of that, waiting for everything to arrive and then dealing with the return process was such a hassle. I don’t think I’d risk ordering clothes from here again.

I don’t get the complaints about communication because they kept me updated the whole way through. I never felt like I was left guessing, and that made the process a lot less stressful.

I ordered two shirts in a medium, but when the package showed up, one was medium and the other was large. Another item wasn’t even the color I expected. Shipping was fine, but dealing with the mistakes after the fact was annoying. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it definitely made me lose some trust. I figured someone would’ve checked the order more carefully before sending it out...

"Shipping took forever"
Yeah, the shipping was just... way slower than I expected. I ordered thinking it would show up in a normal timeframe, but it kept dragging on and on.

What made it worse was the lack of clear updates. I kept checking for info myself, because there wasn’t really anything helpful coming through, and that got old fast.

The product might be totally fine, but by the time it finally got to me, I was already frustrated. I don’t think I’d order again after that.

"Customer service was disappointing"
I had a rough experience with millerandco.shop, honestly. I emailed them about my order and waited days without getting a proper answer, just these short replies that didn’t really explain anything or help much, haha.
When I followed up, it kind of felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me the customer service was really lacking, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again...
